TB rates might be dropping in many parts of the world, but the disease is still a serious problem in the Pacific.  Rates throughout Micronesia are many times higher than in the US.  This video documentary explains what causes the disease and how it can easily spread from one person to another.  Anyone who may be exposed to the disease or who has symptoms of TB should get tested.  Those who have the disease should strictly follow the schedule for their medication.  This video is a factual account of disease and how it can be controlled in the Pacific.
