| Here the Sokehs exiles are clearing land in Aimeliik, where they were resettled by the Germans. The people remained there for three more years, until the end of German rule. The Japanese, who took the islands from the Germans, repatriated them to Pohnpei. In the meantime, new immigrants to Pohnpei settled on what had once been their land. |
