West Fefan Elementary School *(land still owned by landlord), Exterior: Needs painting and water system. Also, bldg not adequate to house all grades. Interior: Parents donated some plastic chairs, but no desks. Still window screens and painting needed, furniture & textbooks.
Note:(*) Community has built local toilets and donated plastic chairs. Great job!
