Nukaf Elementary School, Patta Munic., located on private land, and very congested surrounding; Exterior - School needs relocation or a new school bldg; no sign of toilet facility or water system. Building is a total mess. Interior - Most classes sit on bare floor of sand, and pigs and dogs walk in and out of building; no textbooks, and teachers' attendance is poor.
