Kolonia Elementary School - Kolonia Town - located on public land.
Exterior - one storey bldg. and 2 one-storey bldg; good roofings, doors, newly repainted exterior and interior, and newly replaced window screens;good water system and good toilets.
Interior - good furnitures, textbooks, and good teachers attendance.
Note: Broken window screens have been replaced, and both exterior and interior of one bldg have been repainted. Funded by Pohnpei State Compact funds for Infra structure projects. Als, one two story bldg is under construction now that is funded by the National government (PMU project).
