| By 1960, the town was restored and growing each year. The cathedral had been rebuilt, while the government offices were relocated. Even though no longer the center of town life, the plaza provided a refreshing touch of green in an expanding sea of cement and asphalt. Agana was on its way to becoming Hagatna. |
