| These MSC priests staffed the new Catholic mission in the Marshalls at this time. While Capuchins were assigned to the Carolines, the Marshalls was entrusted to the German Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in 1899. They established a church on Likiep and Jaluit, and a few years later on Arno. |
